A Return to Traditional Healing

First let me introduce myself....I am Karen Kemp, owner of Manokin Medicinal, LLC which is the mothership for the wellness products you see on this website. Many people have asked me why I have ventured forth into the world of producing CBD and hemp wellness products. My answer...it's in my heritage.

As a young child I was constantly watching my mother make homemade liniments using local garden herbs and recipes inspired by native Manokin Indian tribe wisdom. She used these concoctions for herself and her friends. I was fascinated by this.

After spending years in the horticultural industry I decided to start a company dedicated to traditional healing methods and thus founded Manokin Medicinal. Our logo is the totem symbol of the mud turtle which in native culture symbolizes healing, wisdom, spirituality, health, safety, longevity, protection, and fertility. 

Each of my wellness products are developed from personal experience with a disease, condition, ailment and their ingredients are natural and reminiscent of what you would see in the notes of a healer in an indian tribe or your grandmother's cookbook notes. 

Having been an owner of many dogs for many years I have seen how they suffer from anxiety.
